1. Preheat oven to 350° F

WHAT YOU NEED

2 cups zucchini coarsely grated

1 large egg

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cumin

1 package IP southwest cheese curls

or white cheddar ridges, crushed

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 450° F

2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Remove as much moisture

as you can from the zucchini. 

4. Add zucchini to large bowl and mix remainder of ingredients.

5. Scoop 1/4 - 1/2 cup of mixture onto prepared baking sheet and press down into thin circle. Repeat with remainder of mixture.

6. Bake for 20 - 25mins or until edges are crisp and browned.

7. Cool, gently peel off parchment paper and serve with your favorite filling.

WHAT YOU NEED

1 pack IP Rotini

1 cup halved grape tomatoes

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

1/2 cup red or green peppers

2 tbsp of thinly sliced green onion

1 tbsp minced garlic

IP sea salt to taste

Walden Farms or IP balsamic dressing to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375° F

2. Cut tomatoes in half. Place in resealable bag with olive oil, salt and minced garlic.

3. Place halved tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20mins.

4. Cook IP rotini according to package.

5. Place cooked rotini, remaining ingredients and roasted tomatoes in a medium bowl.

6. Drizzle with Walden Farms/Ideal Protein

Balsamic dressing to taste.

Toss to coat and serve.

1 package IP pudding mix, any flavour

1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten

2 oz of water (additional water may be used to thin batter for pancakes)

1/4 tsp of baking powder

1. Beat egg and water until mixed. Add spices, salt and baking powder.

2. Stir in 1 IP pudding packet. Mix will be thick. Pour into greased waffle iron or make 3 small pancakes.

3 stalks of leek

1 head of cauliflower

2-3 small zuchinni

3-4 cloves of garlic
2 chicken or vegtable bouillon cubes

dissolved in 8-10 cups of water
1 tbsp Herbamare sea salt infusion

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut leeks and sauté in stock pot with 1/2 cup of water. 

2. Add garlic with garlic press or zester.

3. Add diced zucchini, head of cauliflower and bouillon.

4. Simmer for 1-2 hours, let cool and puree with immersion blender.

Cauliflower Leek Soup

1 IP vanilla pudding mix (dry)

1  IP chocolate chip pancake mix (dry)  1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp splenda or sugar free sweetener

1/3 cup egg whites  

2 tsp olive oil

2 tbsp Walden Farms chocolate syrup  2 tbsp of water  

1/2 tsp banana extract (optional) Walden Farms marshmallow dip for topping

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients, stir to mix. Divide in equal parts into 6 silicone baking cups.

3. Bake 12-14 minutes. Cool and top with marshmallow dip!

Chunky Monkey Cupcakes

WHAT YOU NEED

1lb ground chicken

2 cups of cauliflower florets

1-2 cups zucchini, shredded

1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/3 cup egg whites

1/2 cup buffalo wing hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Add the cauliflower florets to food processor, along with shredded zucchini and green onions. Pulse and blend until it's riced.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, with the riced vegetables, mix in garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and egg whites. Mix well. 

3. Cover a baking sheet with olive oil or olive oil cooking spray. Scoop meat mixture into balls and place on cooking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. 

5. Remove meatballs from the oven and increase the heat to 450°F. Pour 3/4ths of a cup of Buffalo wing sauce into a bowl and toss meatballs in sauce. Put back in the oven and bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes.

6. Serve with a side of Buffalo sauce or

low-fat, low-carb blue cheese dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

WHAT YOU NEED

2 cups of celery, green peppers, red onion and mushrooms, chopped coarsely or finely

1 IP vegetable chili

1 portion of greens

sea salt & seasonings of your choice

fresh tomato salsa

fresh lemon and lime

DIRECTIONS

1. Drizzle a little olive oil in a pan.

2. Add chunks of celery, green peppers, onions, mushrooms and stir fry until 'al dente'. Season with sea salt and seasonings. *We recommend the organic Mexican Fiesta seasonings, a blend made of dehydrated chili peppers, onion, tomato powder, paprika, cumin, dehydrated garlic, cilantro, oregano, red pepper and lemon peel.

3. When both are cooked to perfection, mix them together and place over a bed of your favourite greens. Top with fresh tomato salsa, more chopped red onion, a splash of lemon or lime and hot sauce, if you like.

Taco Salad

WHAT YOU NEED

4 tsp extra virgin olive oil, divided

2 large red bell peppers, diced

1lb of asparagus, trimmed and cut to 1"

2 tsp of freshly grated lemon zest

5 garlic cloves, minced

1lb of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add bell peppers, asparagus, lemon zest, and 1/4 tsp of salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften (about 6mins).

Transfer vegetables in a bowl, cover to keep warm.

2. Add the remaining 2 tsp of olive oil and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, for 1 min. 

3. Remove from the heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve the shrimp and sauce over the vegetables.

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

WHAT YOU NEED

1 1/2lbs of chicken, cooked and shredded

2 egg whites, whisked

4 whole green peppers

4 cups red peppers, chopped

2 cups green onion thinly sliced

1 tbsp fresh ginger minced

1 tbsp oil

1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut the top off each whole pepper, remove seeds. Place peppers in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat pan and add oil. Add garlic and ginger. Mix for 30 secs. Add chopped peppers and green onions and stir fry for an additional 2mins, remove from heat. 

Add chicken and remaining ingredients,

combine well. 

3. Spoon 3/4 cup of this mixture into each pepper/surround the peppers with the rest of the stuffing. Cover and bake in the oven at 350°F for 30mins or until

thoroughly heated.

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp liquid egg whites

1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

3. Pour mix into muffin tin

2. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over chicken and drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil.

4. Remove chicken from oven and scatter veggies around it.

5. Return pan to the oven and roast for

chicken breast, diced

1 cup of grape tomatoes, diced

4 lettuce leaves

4 tbsp dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the bacon dip, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside for topping the lettuce wraps. 

2. Divide the diced, cooked chicken among the 4 lettuce leaves, top with tomatoes and bacon dip mixture. *Veggies of choice may be added such as chopped celery, shallots,

green peppers etc.

1 lb lean ground beef

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

10-12 small sweet baby bell peppers

hot sauce, banana peppers 

and parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat ground beef, garlic and other spices in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Cook until meat is no longer pink and let simmer for a few minutes.

3. Cut baby peppers in half length-wise

and cut out the middle.

4. Lay out on a baking sheet, and spoon cooked meat into centers. 5. Top with banana peppers, grated cheese and broil

for 10 minutes.

1 1/2 tsp IP dry vanilla pudding mix

1/8 tsp rum extract
